Yacht Interior / Furniture Manufacturing Production Manager

Our Client is a well known and highly respected and well established yacht interior and furniture manufacturer, based in the UAE. They require a Production Manager who shall be responsible for complete management of all factory production activities as follows:

Manages all production activities from in factory inception to completion

Manages and controls all employees' related functions in the factory

Plans and details production schedules and ensures timely completion

Prepares production status reports to senior management

Organizes production line effectively and efficiently

Ensures that all resources used for production in operating condition

Maximizes company's use of assets towards project completion

Plans for appropriate purchase & use of capital assets within budgetary guidelines

Responsible for production quality and timeliness

Coordinates all working drawings to the factory including cutting lists, quality control, and all manufacturers

Liaises with Production, Procurement, and Planning Coordinator

Directly responsible to senior management on all production control matters

Schedules, controls, creates and implements cost effective procedures

Trains subordinates on work procedures and tasks

Evaluates workers' performance as per ISO requirements

Trains and documents the training of new employees as per ISO requirements

Ensures that ISO requirements and documentation are maintained and implemented at all times

Attends managers and production meetings as needed

Debrief at critical phases or benchmarks, distribute and implement improvements in future designs or continuing phases

Consistently keep abreast of market trends and construction methods

Improve and create on processes

Input feedback relating to our Client's company policy & procedure to continuously seek excellence by improving, refining & modifying procedures.
